What We Do

Shooting Stars Foundation supports access to education and STEM opportunities for underserved students. We offer scholarships to students in India pursuing engineering, medicine, and other STEM fields. In both India and the U.S., we organize hands-on STEM hackathons and training programs — with a special focus on empowering young women through all-girls coding events.

One of the key aspects of any hackathon or developer challenge is ensuring we provide a platform for talented students who are often hard to reach. That’s where Shooting Stars comes in. This incredible team, SSF, worked tirelessly to bring in over 2,600 registrations for the AMD Pervasive AI Developer Contest! They not only exceeded the original goals and targets but also brought in many passionate tech enthusiasts from India—some even flew to San Francisco for the final event.
